While we take care to make sure information on the site is accurate, we do not warrant that everything is complete, current, or error-free. Eye care is a clinical subject. The only reliable way to know what is happening with your eyes is a face-to-face examination.
If you have an eye-health concern, please book an appointment, call your GP, or in an emergency call 111 or attend A&E.
Booking appointments
Our online booking system at bainsoptical.eyeappointments.co.uk is provided by a third-party booking platform. When you book through this system you are also accepting the booking provider's terms and privacy policy, which are linked from within the booking system itself.
An online booking is a request, not a guaranteed appointment. We will confirm your appointment by email or text. If we cannot accommodate the time you have chosen, we will offer alternatives.
If you need to cancel, please give us as much notice as you can. We do not currently charge cancellation fees, but missed appointments without notice take a slot from another patient who might have needed it.
How you can use the site
You may use this website for lawful personal and informational purposes. You may not:
