NHS examinations & vouchers.
NHS-funded examinations are available for under-16s, over-60s, those entitled to certain benefits, and people with specific conditions like diabetes or glaucoma. Mention this when you book and we'll handle the paperwork at your visit.
For your first appointment.
Your current glasses, your contact lenses (in their case) if you wear them, and any recent prescriptions or hospital letters. If you're eligible for an NHS examination, bring proof of entitlement. That's everything we need.
